If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our rug, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 calendar days. Customers of Rugs of America are never charged a restocking fee. Personalized and custom-made rugs are, regretfully, nonreturnable, unless there is a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please call or email us and give us the tracking number, so that we can issue credit upon the arrival of rugs. Damaged or soiled rugs will not be accepted.

Prices must be verifiable and include shipping & tax to qualify. Once this has been verified, credit is issued by the end of next business day. Free Shipping

Customers of Rugs of America enjoy free Shipping for all rugs in the continental USA and Canada. Rugs usually arrive between 7-10 business days for the continental USA and 2-3 weeks for Canada from the time they are ordered. Canadian Customers are responsible for any duties and customs fees that may apply. If your rug happens to be back ordered, Rugs of America will notify you by the next business day. We do not ship rugs to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Shipping fees to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are as follows and non refundable.

No Sales Tax
Customers do not have to pay sales tax when buying products from Rugs of America. Very Low Maintenance
All customers enjoy the very low maintenance for all rugs purchased from Rugs of America. Regular vacuuming will help rugs retain their beauty and will extend the life of the rug. Clean spills immediately and blot with a clean cloth, spot clean with a solution of clear dish washing detergent (non-bleach) and water, rinse with water, and blot dry. Professional carpet cleaning is recommended using the hot water extraction method. Do not dry clean your rugs and/or use bleach.
