If you
are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may return it for a full
refund.
- Please call or email
returns@rugsofamerica.com for
a Return Authorization number (RA#). Rugs returned without RA# will be
refused at the warehouse and returned back to the sender. Rugs of America
should receive the rugs within 30 calendar days from the day you received
it to ensure proper credit.
- Please affix the RA# to the rug
wrapped in its original packaging or its equivalent. Do not fold rug or
use any tape as this may permanently damage the product.
- Rugs of America recommends that
you use UPS or FedEx ground because of their tracking and insuring
capabilities. Rugs of America can not be responsible for lost and damaged
rugs being returned to us. You are responsible for filing claims with the
courier you use in case of loss or damage.
- Rug Pads are returnable if
unopened. Please send back the rug pad if it came along with the order to
ensure proper credit.
- Clearance, Specials and Custom
made rugs or runners, oversized rectangular, round, square or octagon, 9’
or larger rugs are non returnable.
- Please call or email us if you
want to cancel your order. You will be provided with a cancellation number
if we are able to stop the order from shipping. Its been often noted that
the back ordered rugs ship out earlier than initially quoted, so not all
back ordered rugs will be cancelled.
- Please refuse the shipment if
you notice damage before accepting delivery. If you see damage after you
open the package, please call us and Rugs of America will replace the rugs
free of charge in both cases. Shipping and/or restocking charges may apply
if delivery is refused on a non defective order.
